Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we do a first come first serve basis. You need to have an approved application and deposit to hold the property. Once an application is received and approved, we will need a signed lease, and deposits back within 48 hours to hold the property. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We only require your first month's rent (pro-rated if moving in after the 1st) and the full deposit before moving in. If the move in date is after the 22nd of the month, then we require the prorated amount, as well as the next month's rent in full. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone over the age of 18 is required to fill out the application. Fair housing, we do a credit/criminal check on all adults living in the home, or a co-signer. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Anyone with a credit score below 600. Anyone that does not make 2.5 times the rent. If you have an eviction from a property management company on your record, if you have a collection from a property management company, these items are automatic denials and we will not accept a co-signer. Falsification of application, Invalid Social Security number, an application that has not been fully completed or is unverifiable. These items are automatic denials. Additionally, Manager reserves the right to automatically decline all incomplete and unverifiable applications. -
